What can you do with the Patient Portal and App?

Review your test results
Request prescription refills
Request an appointment
Update your personal demographics (address, phone number, emergency contact, etc.)
Update personal history such as allergies, medications, surgeries
FOR MEMBERS ONLY: Ask general questions of the clinical staff or Dr. Jamie. For lengthy discussions, Dr. Jamie requests that you make an appointment.
